WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

WE WANT YOU TO LOVE YOUR LAMAREL PRODUCT AS MUCH AS WE DO! IF YOU AREN’T ENTIRELY HAPPY WITH YOUR ORDER, PLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITH US SO WE CAN MAKE IT RIGHT. WE ACCEPT RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE. WE WILL ACCEPT A RETURN ON LAMAREL ITEMS THAT ARE IN NEW CONDITION, UNWORN, AND FREE OF DAMAGES. THE ORIGINAL LABELS NEED TO BE INCLUDED.

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN COSTS. 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

PLEASE CONTACT US AT CONTACT@SHOPLAMAREL.COM. YOUR ITEM WILL BE REFUNDED ONLY UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: ITEMS NEED TO BE IN PERFECT CONDITION, UNWORN AND IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING TO ENSURE IT IS RESALEABLE. 

RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO THE ADDRESS FROM WHICH THE DELIVERY OF THE GOODS WAS CARRIED OUT.

PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST BEFORE RETURNING YOUR LAMAREL PRODUCT. NO REFUND WILL BE MADE WITHOUT PRIOR CONTACT.

WHAT CAN I DO IF I DON’T RECEIVE THE REFUND?

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT FOR THE REFUND BEFORE GETTING IN TOUCH WITH LAMAREL.

IF YOUR REFUND HAS NOT REACHED YOUR ACCOUNT, THEN CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY AS IT MAY TAKE SOME TIME FOR YOUR REFUND TO BE PROCESSED. NEXT, CONTACT YOUR BANK. THERE IS OFTEN SOME PROCESSING TIME BEFORE A REFUND IS POSTED.
