The procedure for returning an item purchased at our online store,, is as follows:

At the end of the process, under "Summary," you'll find the cost of the return. No immediate payment is required. We will deduct the return fee when processing the refund.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Important: The item remains your responsibility until it is received at our store.

Please note: If the returned item has been worn or stained, we won’t be able to process the return.

If LAMAREL mistakenly sends an item different from what you ordered, or if the quality of a product is unsatisfactory, please contact us at to arrange a return and/or exchange. In such instances, LAMAREL will bear the costs of both shipping and return.

Special Offers:
For special offers where shipping is provided free of charge, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping if necessary.
